The example:

The population of Donetsk, Ukraine is 1 million people. The city has about 477 000 cars. 350 000 – passenger cars, 127 000 – lorries. Annually the growth of the auto park in Ukraine comprises 10 – 12%. The prime cost for fuel oil from the oil refinery is $600 (without delivery). Upsides the price  = $250 /ton. The scrap metal is received by the price of $300 per 1 ton. The cost of low quality carbon is $100.

So the rotation of proceeds per month is (without paying for the enterprises’ utilization of rubber):

• Fuel oil – 3t* $500 * 24 days =$ 36 000

• Metal cord - 0,8t* $300* 24 days = $ 5 760

• Carbon – 4t * $100 * 24 days = $9 600

Total: $51 360 per month

In view of the utilization’s price (in average):

$100 /ton * 10 ton/day *24 days         = $24000 per month

In view of the utilization’s price the total income is $75 360.

Spending unit for the operation of the system (per month):

1. Salary of the personnel (inclusive of the taxes) 3 people * 2 turns * 6 people - $2520

Supervising foreman - 1 person – $500

Shift fitter – 1person – $450

Worker for the cutting of wastes – 3 people– $1260

Total: $ 4730

2. Consumption of the electrical power

The work of the system – 28 kW/hour* 24 hours * 24 days = 16128 kW/month

The work of scissors – 16 kW/hour * 6 hours * 24 days = 2304 kW/hour  1 kW/hour– $0,11

Total: (16128+2304)*0,11 = $ 2028

3. Motor vehicle expense: $1000

4. Routine maintenance: $1000

TOTAL COST OF EXPENSES: $8758

Total of the benefit: 75 360–8 758= $ 66 602 per month
